Equipment:

• Helmet
• Elbow pads
• Wrist guards
• Knee pads
• Closed in shoes
• Skateboard

How to skateboard

1. Make a sad face in front of the skateboard
2. Go with one foot to push off
3. Put the two feet on the skateboard (remember to have space with your two feet)

How to turn right or left on a skateboard

1. Just lean your body but don’t lean too far or else you’re gonna fall down
2. Lean your body to right if you right or lean your body to left if you want to turn left.

Tips

• Don’t go so fast
• Take your time
• Make sure your equipment is on tight (except your helmet)
• Watch where you’re going
• Brake!!
• If you try to do tricks.Be careful you might hurt yourself and if you’re a child ask your parents for help.
